Terms of Use

Last updated 23 July 2026. By using YardCrafter you agree to these terms.

Estimates only

YardCrafter’s calculators and guides provide estimates for general planning. They are not engineering, construction, or professional advice, and they do not account for the specific conditions of your site or project. Material densities, bag yields and coverage vary with product, moisture and installation. Always confirm quantities and requirements with your supplier and, where appropriate, a licensed professional, and follow local building codes.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability. We work to keep the calculators correct and have tested them, but we do not guarantee that every result is free of error.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YardCrafter and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage — including wasted materials, project delays, or costs — arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site. You are responsible for verifying quantities before ordering or building.

Acceptable use

You may use these tools freely for personal and commercial project planning. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, misrepresent it as your own, or scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others.

Intellectual property

The YardCrafter name, page content and calculator code are owned by their operators and provided for your use on this site. You may not copy the content wholesale for republication without permission.

Third-party links and ads

Pages may contain links to third-party sites and display third-party advertising via Google AdSense. We do not control and are not responsible for external content, products or services. See our privacy policy for how advertising cookies are handled.

Changes

We may revise these terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept them. The date above shows the latest revision.
